I was watching an interesting news story the other night about just how far in debt people are becoming and what they are doing or can do to help themselves. Much of the story dealt with people realizing that they have a problem. Is your debt going in a linear motion or is it ever increasing like a graph climbing towards the top? No matter, if find yourself in ever increasing debt and can't seem to get out of it you should really contact somebody. Call your bank and meet with your personal banker. Find a credit counselor and see if they can help you. In this story I was watching the interviewed such a person and she was able to help many people out that thought they had no chance. Realize you have a problem and then do something about it.
